The Boathouse is situated right on the lakeside. The main floor is primarily designed as recreational space that has been finished with ceramic tile floor, cedar walls, and ceilings. This 550 sq. ft. area includes a large recreation and relaxation area with French doors that open onto the deck.
This room is equipped with a sauna, 3-piece bath with shower. Next to this room is an exercise room with equipment. There is approximately 1600 sq. ft. of deck around the main floor, which directly ties into the dock.
On the upper level is a fully self-contained 400 sq. ft. studio suite featuring a 3-pce bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub, a compact yet full kitchen, and a brick fireplace with insert. Furnishings include a Murphy bed. French doors provide access to an additional 400+ sq. ft. of private deck. Attached to the Boathouse is the greenhouse. Extremely functional and built to commercial standards, it will capture any gardener's heart. The greenhouse is equipped with a wood stove. The adjacent garden area is extremely well established with a variety of vegetables and flowers, which include a beautiful variety of roses.
